Third-Party Referrals and Independent Contractors All captains, crew, mechanics, vendors, and marine service providers referred by 100 Miami are independent contractors, not employees or agents. Clients who choose to engage with referred personnel do so voluntarily and at their own risk. 100 Miami disclaims all liability for the performance, actions, or negligence of such third parties.
Assumption of Risk & Hold Harmless Agreement By using our website, placing a reservation, or engaging in any transaction or referral involving 100 Miami Luxury Rentals, you expressly acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the use of the vessel, its equipment, water activities, third-party personnel, and any service provided. Mandatory Liability Waivers All passengers must sign a standard Liability Waiver prior to boarding any charter vessel. Refusal to sign the waiver will result in denial of boarding with no exceptions or refunds applicable. Waivers are legally binding and required for compliance with insurance and maritime safety regulations.
