TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms 

This document constitutes a legal agreement between the client (“you”) and 100 Miami Luxury Rentals. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Reservations and Payments

Reservations are only considered confirmed after a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount is paid.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the service date.

Bookings made within 7 days require full upfront payment.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations more than 30 days in advance: 50% penalty.

• Cancellations 30 days or less: 100% penalty (non-refundable).

• Rescheduling more than 30 days in advance: no charge.

• Rescheduling 30 days or less: $200 USD administrative fee.

In the event of external factors (severe weather, mechanical issues), a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.

4. Required Documentation

All passengers must present valid identification before boarding.

Failure to do so may result in denied service with no refund.

5. Onboard Conduct and Usage

Clients and their guests must comply with all safety regulations and the captain’s instructions.

The use of illegal drugs, aggressive behavior, or any action endangering others or the vessel is strictly prohibited.

6. Damages, Additional Charges, and Cleaning

Any damages caused by the client or their guests will be assessed and charged.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Special cleaning

• Pets on board

• Catering or non-standard requests

All charges will be billed to the registered credit card and reflected in the final invoice.

7. Limitation of Liability

100 Miami Luxury Rentals is not liable for any loss, damage, delays, or injuries due to events beyond our control, including force majeure.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

8. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration within said jurisdiction.

Both parties expressly waive the right to jury trials or class actions.
