At 100 Miami, delivering an unforgettable day on the water is our passion. Below, we answer the most common questions regarding your yacht experience, preparation, and expectations when booking with us.

• 7 hours: between 9 AM and 2 PM
• 8 hours: between 9 AM and 1 PM
📍 Where do the yachts depart from?
Most of our yachts depart from the Miami River, South Beach, or Downtown Miami. The exact location will be provided in your confirmation email.
🪪 Do I need to bring ID and the card used for booking?

👨✈️ How do I select the captain?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a list of certified captains to choose from, subject to availability.

Final payment must be completed before departure. Payment deadlines:
• Yachts < 70 ft: 48 business hours before departure
• Yachts 70–100 ft: 72 business hours before departure
• Yachts > 100 ft / multi-day / over $10,000: 5 business days before departure

If severe weather is determined by the captain, you may reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund within 15 business days.
Note: Light rain or overcast conditions do not qualify for cancellations.
✈️ What happens if I miss my flight or arrive late?
